Opportunities
ARA 2026 offers a range of sponsorship and exhibition packages designed to maximise visibility and engagement for participating organisations.
Exhibition stands (3m x 1.5m or 2m x 1m) will be located in the Megalithic Foyer, just outside of the plenary & breakout rooms, a high-traffic pre-conference area that also hosts conference catering, the registration desk and networking activities - ensuring consistent delegate interaction throughout the event.
The exhibition will be open for two full conference days: from the morning of Wednesday, 5 August, to 5:00 pm on Thursday, 6 August. As the UK’s premier annual gathering for the recordkeeping sector, ARA 2026 attracts influential professionals and decision-makers, features high-profile speakers addressing emerging trends and challenges, and provides outstanding opportunities for networking, brand exposure, and meaningful connections within the community.
