REGISTRATION
Registration will take place in the Deansgate Foyer on the first floor of the hotel, at the following times:
08:30 – 16:30 Wednesday 30 August 2017
08:30 – 16:30 Thursday 31 August 2017
08:30 – 16:30 Friday 1 September 2017

The registration desk will also have an information board, available for delegates to display relevant notices or messages. Messages for delegates will also be placed on this board.

BADGES
When you register, you will receive your delegate badge and we request that this badge is worn during all conference sessions and meals.

INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary WIFI is available to all guests within the hotel. The WIFI code will be issued on your arrival.

SPEAKER INFORMATION
If you are presenting within the conference, please submit your presentation to the registration desk on arrival, and at least 30 minutes before your allotted session starts. We encourage you to bring your presentation on a USB stick, which can then be uploaded prior to your session. If you have any special IT requirements, please contact us prior to the conference at araconference@millsmediagroup.com

ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate. For residential delegates, check in time at the hotel is 15:00. Delegates arriving after 15:00 will be able to check straight into their bedroom. Luggage storage facilities will be available until your room is available at the main concierge desk.

All guests will be asked for a credit card authorisation to enable any extras to be added to your room. Please note that this is an authorisation only, and no payment will be taken unless you charge anything to your room. Your accommodation and all meals taken with the group in the hotel have been paid for in advance. You have the right to refuse to give a credit card, however you will not be able to charge anything to your room and will be asked to pay cash for any extras taken.

Please be advised that the hotel reception is manned 24 hours a day, and a guest facilities guide book is available in all bedrooms providing information on all guest amenities.

Delegates are asked to vacate their bedrooms by 12:00 on the day of departure.

OPENING ADDRESS AND AGENDA
All sessions for the conference will be located within the Hilton Manchester Deansgate. The sessions will be held in rooms located on different floors within the hotel and signage will be displayed to help you navigate your way around.

The conference opening address commences at 10:00 Wednesday 30 August 2017, in the Deansgate 2 & 3 on the first floor. The conference streams will be located in the Deansgate rooms and Meeting rooms located on the first and second floor.

Supplier’s will be exhibiting within the Deansgate Foyer on the first floor on Wednesday and Thursday. The Information Village will take place in the Deansgate 1 on Thursday only.

MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS
Tuesday:
Meet the ARA Board for an informal drinks reception, Cloud 23 Zeus Lounge located on the 23rd floor of the hotel.

Wednesday:
Refreshment breaks and lunch are served within the Deansgate Foyer area on the first floor of the hotel. A buffet style evening meal will be served in the Deansgate 2 & 3, followed by a drinks reception at the National Football Museum which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Thursday:
Refreshment breaks and lunch are served within the Deansgate Foyer area on the first floor of the hotel. The Gala Dinner will be held in the Deansgate 2 & 3 and will feature a live band with dancing until late. The dress code for the Gala Dinner, is smart party wear.

Friday:
Refreshments and lunch are served within the Deansgate Foyer area on the first floor of the hotel.

PHARMACIES AND DOCTORS
There is a dispensing pharmacy within a 10 minute walk of the hotel on Oxford Street in the city centre, the concierge will give directions from the hotel.

LOCAL SHOPS
The hotel is fabulously located on Deansgate and the main shopping district is a short distance from the hotel. Exchange Square, Market Street and Arndale Centre all located within close proximity.

By Air:
The nearest airport is Manchester International which is only a 25 minute drive away. Trains run from Manchester Airport direct to Manchester Deansgate. If a train is not scheduled the Metrolink tram runs from Manchester Airport to Deansgate Castleford, which is adjacent to Deansgate station itself. Alternatively, a taxi from the airport will cost approximately £20.00.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive away, and taxis cost approximately £60.00

By Rail:
The hotel is within walking distance from Deansgate Station, and St Peter's Square metrolink station. Victoria Station and Piccadilly station are a 7 minute drive/15 minute walk away.

By Car:

Car parking:
There are very limited car park spaces available onsite at the hotel, which are charged at £20.00 per 24 hours. Adjacent to the hotel is the NCP Great Northern multi storey car park (Watson St, Manchester, M3 4EE), which charges £22.00 per 24 hours. Hotel residents are able to get a 15% discount off the cost by validating your ticket at the hotel’s concierge desk.
